  Went here for the evening as a bit of a spontaneous evening out with the wife, was a lot of fun, if a tad too expensive to play. I enjoyed it but don't think I'd rush to go back

  If i could put 0 star i would ! Me and my partner and our daughter went in for a quick game on the pool tables yesterday (monday) etc , we typed hollywood bowl in google to see what time it closed at . it took us ob thier facebook page , which said , " closes at 23:00 every night ."
  
  So we went at around 10pm , played a game of pool (roughly 15 mins) , then put money puggys (as did other people in the place) then the place went into darkness with all the game machines turned off and our money lost .
  
  We then asked the staff that was down at the puggys " why has the power went out we just put our money in the machines "
  
  Our answer was - "we are closed"
  I replied , but yous dont close till 11pm ??
  Her answer - " well we are shut , how do i know i wasnt the one who turned the power off " and walked away !!
  
  WONT BE BACK !!
  THE STAFF HAVE VERY LITTLE IF NOT NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER !!
  
  Attitudes were shocking towards all of us !
