  On bonfire night my order took 2 hours to arrive even though the restaurant is 10 minutes from my house, i would have collected but my dog was frightened by the fireworks outside. Numerous calls and i was told each time its on its way. I was then advised by the person on the phone that our details had been noted and we would get a free meal on our next order. this didnt happen as i paid for my next order despite advising them. Food that night was cold and they are not true to their word. I would avoid using this restaurant if you can, they simply do not care.
